Paul Guest is the author of The Resurrection of the Body and the Ruin of the World, winner of the New Issues Prize in Poetry. His poems appear in Poetry, Crazyhorse, The Southern Review, Slate, Octopus, Swink and elsewhere. His chapbook, Exit Interview, is now available from New Michigan Press.
Jaimee Wriston Colbert is the author of a novel, Climbing the God Tree, Helicon Nine Editions, 1998, winner of the Willa Cather Fiction Prize, and the short stories collection Sex, Salvation, and the Automobile, Zephyr, 1994, winner of the Zephyr Publishing Prize. Her stories have been nominated five times for the Pushcart Prize and have been published in numerous journals and anthologies, including: TriQuarterly, Prairie Schooner, Tampa Review, Connecticut Review, New Letters, among others, and broadcast on NPR's "Selected Shorts." A third book, the stories cycle, Dream Lives of Butterflies, is forthcoming from BkMk (Bookmark Press) in 2007. Originally from Hawaii, she teaches in the Creative Writing Program at SUNY, Binghamton University.
